North Central Area Recruitment Hub operates through 5 stages for incoming candidate enquiries.
Stage 1: Initial Candidate Received
Candidate Information is received by the NCA Membership Officer. He then registers the candidate and allocates a local contact.
Stage 2: Interview Outcome
The Local NCA membership team member reaches out the candidate, has an initial conversation and arranges a time and date to meeting to discuss options.
Further to the initial meeting an outcome and Lodge will be allocated.
Stage 3: Candidate Handed to Lodge
Candidate is handed to a Lodge for initiation and a date for initiation is arranged and recorded.
Stage 5: Candidate Initiated
Confirmation that the candidate has been initiated.
